Collins Development, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Michael J. Collins.

Collins Development prides itself in the construction of high quality custom homes and works with the customer to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations.

Collins Development has permitted and developed over 500 homes and condominiums, as well as constructed numerous subdivision roadways, local cable TV studios, fitness centers, office and commercial spaces, in over 25 cities and towns in Massachusetts and Maine.

As real estate developers and licensed construction professionals Collins Development controls the entire development process from land acquisition through project completion.

Additionally Collins Development works closely with a well respected team of experienced legal, design, and engineering professionals allowing Collins to successfully navigate today’s demanding real estate environment.

Michael J. Collins
President

A 1980 graduate of Boston College, Michael is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operation. Michael has personally supervised the construction of the majority of the company’s projects.

Michael W. Collins
Project Manager

Michael W. Collins is a 2008 graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I. Michael assists in all aspects of the company’s operations and is specifically responsible for all site operations.
