Collins Development is a family-owned custom home builder and residential developer serving Massachusetts communities for over four decades. Founded and led by Mike Collins, with design and administrative leadership from Carolann Collins, our team has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and long-term value.

We specialize in custom single-family homes, condominium developments, and residential projects throughout Greater Boston and surrounding areas, including Arlington, Belmont, Winchester, Lexington, Concord, Sudbury, Weston, Wakefield, and select projects in southern Maine.
